Generic icons/images have icons more than 200 dip #196

One could use the generic icon generator to generate images (not just icons).

Just choose the biggest asset (probably xxhdpi) then reduce the color to 0%.

Set the optical size to the width of your image in mdpi (or 160 dpi).

Some images have larger width than the limit of 200 dip.

Or maybe we could have another generator--a generic image generator.
