It's impossible to work on small source images in the Simple Nine-Patch generator #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Try to use the attached image (113x2 pixels) in the Simple Nine-Patch generator 
(http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/nine-patches.html)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's impossible to resize the regions in the image correctly, because the right 
and bottom edge cannot be moved.

Please provide any additional information below.
Chrome 30.0.1599.47 beta-m, Windows 8 x64
