Android Asset Studio is down with a 403 Error

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open a browser and navigate to: 
http://android-ui-utils.googlecode.com/hg/asset-studio/dist/index.html

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected Result:

1. Android Asset Studio is displayed

Actual Result

1. Standard Google Error page is displayed with the following text:

403. That’s an error.  Your client does not have permission to get URL 
/hg/asset-studio/dist/index.html from this server. That’s all we know.

Please provide any additional information below.

This was working fine a couple of days ago.

The homepage, which wasn't working before, was back to work for some time. 
Dave, the browser cache may be hiding from you the actual state of the tool. In 
a private session of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox the problem is showing 
back again.

You're right. It's the browser cache that makes it work for me.
