I would like to add Add table of contents to the readme file for better readability and faster navigation. @Akasxh I would like to work on it. Please assign it to me under gssoc-ext and hacktoberfest.

please also organise all files and design a organisation way of files as well for better and faster navigation so that everyone can follow it. Please review your proposed organisation architecture from me before implementing. Also read past issue/pr I think I have told about what soort of architectueew I desire.
