Could you comment more on potential approached for the same and what you would like to exacty implement
I propose to create a GitHub workflow named "Greetings". This workflow will automatically greet users who create new issues or pull requests in this repository. The Greeting will look like "Hi there! Thanks for opening this issue. We appreciate your contribution to this open-source project. We aim to respond or assign your issue as soon as possible.
Something like this is already issued to someone else please read other issues once.
If you have something really innovative please do comment
yes i can work on auto-labeling workflow
labels like "gssoc-ext" , "hacktoberfest-accepted" will be automaticaaly assigned as soon as any one creates a issue only the level one will be assigned by you
Think of something more innovative as labelling is something I'll give myself acc to a person's work, and automating that would require a classification system.
Description:
Currently, our greeting workflow is managed manually, which requires team members to remember to send greetings or reminders at specific times. This manual process is time-consuming and can lead to inconsistent or delayed responses, especially during high workloads or holiday periods. To improve efficiency and ensure timely greetings, I propose automating this workflow.

Expected Benefits:
Additional Notes: If approved, I would like to further discuss potential technologies and approaches for implementation, such as integrating with workflow automation tools or building a custom solution.
Please @Akasxh assign me this issue with labels "gssoc-ext" , "hacktoberfest-accepted" and "level3".
