Support two teams on one monitor #1

This would probably mean having a mode where one monitor has two ScreenPresenters on it, each one representing half of the monitor, for arenas which have one external monitor rather than two.

The only item left to close this issue is to have a way to set which team is on the left vs which team is on the right.
