[Bug] Normal Teleport causes whole game to go haywire

• Custom teleport
• Quest teleport

Without using fast tp Cause the game to FPS stutter/ game bug randomly. Frequently too high

Temporary solution to fix it by enabling fast tp option(make it less frequent), cannot guarantee it will perma fix the issue
