Learnsets from Moves #44

As a Rom Hack creator/maintainer I want to be able to view pokemon who can learn a move from the move page. I also want to be able to add and remove Pokemon and have their learnsets update accordingly.

Already achieved this is issue #43. Though I want to consider whether to make this possible from the wiki itself.
