Create New Pokemon

As a Rom Hack creator/maintainer, I want to be able to document/create my own fakemon.

Needed for new pokemon

• sprite
• dex number
• name
• types
• abilities
• stats
• moveset: Should be able to copy moveset from existing pokemon

In a new tab, add the pokemon information and then save. This should do the following

• [x] Add the information to the database
• [x] Don't clear the information on the page just in case the user want's to add another mon with similar attributes.
• [x] Update the existing pokemon list so it's searchable.
