How would I make the Wiki more Pokedex like?

Trainer Encounters can remain as they are.

Pokemon and Wild Encounters can be mixed to give that more pokedex like experience.

Not ready to do a full on reworking of the wiki site just yet, so I'd rather work in the current parameters
