Information in pages doesn't update when wiki changes #58

When switching Wikis, while on a page, such as Pokemon, the information on that page doesn't update to the one present in the current wiki.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select a Wiki
  2. Open the Pokemon page and search for any Pokemon
  3. Switch to another wiki.
  4. Observe that nothing changes as the page isn't reloaded

App now navigates to "/" route when new wiki is selected
