As the WikiGen creator, I want to be able to create and distribute the executable for this application whenever updates are pushed to the main branch.

[x] Build and test binary on windows
[x] Build and test binary on linux
[x] Use GitHub actions to create a binaries
[x] Add releases and attach binaries to github

Bugs to be fixed for delivery

[x] Create AppData directory on initial load to prevent file not found errors.
[x] Move generator_assets to a proper resource directory so it can be found.
[x] Update paths to account for windows pathing
[x] Update version in cargo.toml
