how to find the ner annotation? #6

such as ontonote5, conll03, mitmovie etc. plz and transformers version 3.9.2 i could not find.the official reach the 3.5.1 and then 4.0.0

  1. The wiki or dictionary may be helpful. It depends on your datasets.
  2. The transformers update fastly... I think the newer version is fine.
