[Akeru Web App] Thread loading indicators #130

Description Show a loading indicator (could be a skeleton) while messages are being fetched or sent to improve user experience.

Tasks

  1. Add a loading spinner or indicator when messages are being loaded.
  2. Display a temporary status indicator when a message is being sent.
  3. Or when a thread run is happening.
