What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Dial a number
2. Select IDD Dialer App on "Complete action using" dialog.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dialing the number using IDD Dialer settings.
Instead it shows that the App is not registered, which comes when the app is
not registered.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The user's device is Google Nexus, with latest OS
Please provide any additional information below.
This relates to previously downloaded IDD Dialer App

app was working for over 3 months and suddenly getting this problem in the
mentioned device. How can I fix the issue for the user.
