(Legendary) game ratsplat does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. CLOAD ""
2. Insert tape "ratsplat.tap"
3. Choose any sound option, then type 1 to start the game
The game starts with the starting music, but then it get stucks on an loop

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the rats should begin to run everywhere..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

svn version on linux

Please provide any additional information below.
