Need a better fullscreen mode

At Kindergarden, the compo master had to show my demo using the video (captured 
with Oricutron) because unfortunately it does not look like Oricutron can 
disable the small info panel at the bottom of the screen.

What would be nice is the following:
- Have a way to totally disable the panel (perhaps F5 could do that, I don't 
see the point of disabling the timings/performance numbers but keep the drive 
icons)
- Have a keyboard shortcut to switch between windowed mode and fullscreen (in 
Windows that would probably be ALT+ENTER)
