This issue discusses on porting the FlexPointer sim to run on CHERI.

[x] Add FlexPointer to the repo.
[x] Change Makefile to compile with CHERI.
[x] Check if Compiles with LLVM CHERI successfully. (https://github.com/Akilan1999/CHERI-FLEXPOINTER/issues/3)
[ ] Run tests.
