distributed password management integration #104

Hello Akilan,

I would like to ask if it would be a good idea to have distributed list of passwords, generated and saved by a cli password manager (running https://keepassxc.org/; keepassxc-cli). I think it would be good to add this layer of security. what do you think?

I think we should use public keys instead.
