A character is missing from the NPC list. #44

Unless I missed him, but I checked the whole list to no avail, twice. I found it funny that the first character I wanted to play as was not in the list. If anyone knows where "Quarry Foreman" is, please let me know. Assuming it is in the list of NPC, that is.

This is not Quarry Forearm.

This one is.

After some searching the character is actually that one, the image was just misleading
