Slot 0 (10th slot) not loaded #9

Hiya!

The 10th slot of the hotbars isn't loaded. Even though I have actions set to these slots, the hotbars show an empty slot.

Hello,

I forgot to mention I changed the way slot 10 gets loaded, now it's 10 instead of 0 as I added the possibility to add more than 10 slots per row now. Try changing the actions from 0 to 10.
