[BLOCK_SCENES] Animated Hit VFX

Updated the VFX for all weapons. They are animated now. Only the first level scene is updated, give me some feedback to fine tune them and when everything is good I'll update the other scenes with them.

To test just play Level 1 and hit some enemies.
