Applied Carlos's suggestions on SSAO. #452

Some fixes were done and the effect is more dramatic now.

I suggest everyone to follow the following configuration: image

Before release let's make sure to use this or a better one.

If u want ppl to use this settings I'd suggest setting the defaults like so

Doesn't matter as no one will delete their existing he.cfg.
