Allow us to specify a time for alerts

My issue on this one is that when Glass restarted (with the server), I started getting notifications right away... Over 1400 in under one night, causing me to go in during the weekend to clear it all out.

I appreciate the alerts, but when it's too much, it becomes hurtful.
