Cannot import into D365 on-premises #3

Hi, I cannot import solution into On-Premises Dynamics 365 v9.0 with error: The import manifest file is invalid. XSD validation failed with the following error: 'The 'api-version' attribute is not declared.

My environment: MS Dynamics 365 Version 1612 (9.0.26.5) (DB 9.0.26.5) on-premises
