Evernote editor shortcuts #1

It would be great if evernote editor shortcuts (such as Ctrl-b for Bold) can also be overridden and/or defined for entries in the editor toolbar.

@ronin13 I am trying to avoid having to add a configuration dialog to define the shortcuts, so all shortcuts are static for now.

If you would like to have a shortcut for one of the buttons in the editor toolbar that has no shortcut now I can look into adding it.
