Get knowhow about using spring boot in marketplace #179

As a developer and dev team we want to know how to handle spring boot technologie and its component so that we are able to develop with spring boot.

DoR:

[ ] The application works before the analyze takes place
[ ] The software component of marketplace is ready to use for analyze

Acceptance criteria:

[ ] ACA1: The software gets analyzed and parts are identified which spring boot could be used
[ ] ACA2: The idea of using spring boot in the identified part of the software is documented
[ ] ACA3: The identified part and works from ACA2 was a topic in a meeting with the team to get organized who will do the spring part
[ ] ACA4: One or more tickets were created for tracing usability for the team and scrum master / PO

DoD:

[ ] The use of spring boot and parts in the software is documented and ready to be done
[ ] The tickets exists for further planing activity
