Identify unused software code, clean and eliminate it

As a developer I want to get rid of unused software code so that the software gets more readable.

DoR:

• [ ] The software works in the existent environment

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] AC1: Unused files, methods or project parts are identified and documented
• [ ] AC2: The knowhow has to build up and the way we do the elimination got to be discussed in the team
• [ ] AC3: The found parts are discussed in the team and the team agree to the planed changes
• [ ] AC4: The software is cleaned and unused parts are eliminated
• [ ] AC5: The updated software is installed at least on the integration environment and works as designed

DoD:

• [ ] The unused code is documented
• [ ] The unused code is eliminated
• [ ] The marketplace software still works as designed at least on the integration environment

Suggestion from Cristian: instead of delete software parts we can also use legacy folder just in case we need some part from the eliminate software later one.
