Created End to end tests #232

I created some End-to-end tests with the Playwright framework. I documented the steps how to execute the tests in a README

Open points: Can I remove the Cypress stuff under /am-ui/cypress? I checked it and it seems that some just created a default projects but never added tests to it.

Hi @int0x81 , yeah I would say deleting all cypress related things would be the best thing to do, because that is also why @FabianTschachtli is having problems with his branch in https://github.com/AkrosAG/Akros-Marketplace/pull/211, and as you say there is no content in the test...
