Loading animation during backend calls #236

Story

As an user I want to be able to know if there is an on-going backend call, and hence waiting for a response, and meanwhile see a loading animation.

DoR

User sees a spinner loading animation as long as soon as a backend call has been performed and no response has yet been given.

Acceptance Criteria

[x] Loading animation starts when performing backend calls
[x] Loading animation stops when there are no more on-going backend calls

DoD

[x] Story is tested against acceptance criteria
[x] Unit test should be passed
[ ] Integration test is done (if applicable)
[ ] Non-functional requirements are met
[ ] Story ok-ed by Product Owner
[ ] Peer Code Review performed

Environment / version: Test

Testing steps:

Login with valid username and PW
Click to "Anzeigen"

[x] Expected results: Animation should play during upload the results
[x] Actual results: Animation functions during upload the result.

In the backlog refinment meeting 22th november 2022 Cristian showed a prototyp how it may looks like and showed a short interduce about to handle it in the source.

The prototyp icons looks like this and contains the AKROS colors:

The software keep those items animated till the backend serves the results or any messages for the user.
