Create an overview about using azure and possibility to reduce costs

As PO I want to get the costs checked on azure site and how we could reduce the monthly costs so we can reduce the costs each month.

DoR:

[ ] Marius will do the fist analyse. For this purpose he needs a connect to the azure infrastructure https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_CostManagement/Menu/~/costanalysis

AcA:

[ ] We have an overview about which service etc. costs how much each month
[ ] We get some ideas how we can reduce our costs
[ ] A planing about what can be done is done till the meeting of 13th december 2022

DoD:

[ ] We got the necessary infos about the situation and can discuss it at tuesday 13th december 2022
