As PO I want to know the scope of work for the software version "february 2023" so the team can do the planing better.

DoR:

• [x] The team is informed about planing, the target and work to do (and sence of it) for the version "february 2023"

Aca:

• [x] The tickets for the version "february 2023" are defined and visible in the kanban board
• [x] The team knows how to handle the open tickets in state "to do" and the new column "Februar Ziele"
• [x] The planing about to handle open tickets and processing those is clear

DoD:

• [x] The planing "february 2023" is done
• [x] The tickets (and maybe some new tickets) for the target verion are visible on the kanban board
