As a User, I want to be able to be informed if my search criteria doesn't result in available properties, so that I know that each was executed.

[ ] AC1: Frontend can handle and empty search result response by displaying text as in the mockup above
[ ] AC2: The "Zurück" button is under the text and when pressed leads to the search page
