EJS, Express backend and incorporate LOGIN/REGISTER modules + postgreSQL #1

  1. Added Introduction, login and register pages, with the help of BOOTSTRAP 5 css.
  2. Added Backend powered by node.js + express, with appropriate get and post request handlers.
  3. Incorporated postgreSQL to handle user data, credentials and authentication.
  4. Changed the static html file to .ejs file.
  5. Changes in location of static files like CSS, JS, images to public folder for conventionality.
