Enhanced Nav Bar Design #337

The current navbar design feels outdated and lacks modern aesthetics, impacting the overall user experience.

To address this, I propose updating the navbar to include:

A transparent background with a subtle shadow for depth. Enhanced link elements featuring text shadows, rounded corners, and smooth hover transitions. Dynamic background animations on link hover for a more interactive and engaging experience. This update will modernize the navbar, making it visually appealing and more user-friendly. Using custom CSS ensures the design aligns with the project's current theme and aesthetic requirements.
