Describe the solution you'd like

Clicking on the email address should trigger a 'mailto' link.
Clicking on the phone number should trigger a 'tel' link.
Increasing the size of the social media icons and altering the hover effects will enhance their appearance.

I would like to work on this issue, please assign this to me under GSSoC.
