Thanks for using the Pipedrive Smart BCC system. There seems to be a slight problem though. The From address you sent the message from does not match your Pipedrive username email address and the email address is not listed as one of your alternative emails.

There are a couple of simple solutions for this. Please try any of the following:

• Try sending the email from the exact same address you use for logging into Pipedrive
• You can add alternative email addresses to your Pipedrive user from the Settings, Email integration page https://app.pipedrive.com/settings/personal/email-sync.
• or contact support: http://support.pipedrive.com/
