Don't let "Find All References" automatically open output view for verbose warning #56

On a C codebase, opening new files trigger output window to show following warnings:

[Warning] Some references may be missing, because workspace parsing was incomplete when Find All References was started.

This behavior is annoying and should either be configurable or completely turned off as it degrades the user experience.
