Title Add Theme Toggle Button on Top Right Corner for Light/Dark Mode Switching

Description Currently, the website lacks a readily accessible theme toggle button for switching between light and dark modes. Adding this feature will improve user experience by allowing visitors to quickly switch themes based on their preferences. Placing the toggle button in the top right corner will make it easily noticeable and accessible.
