build-backend is flit, not flipt #7

I blamed the file, the commit that adds flipt is from "Thu Sep 6 16:46:38 2018"

I wonder how this has worked. Do you know where build-backend is used?

flit upload and pip install teek work just fine, even with this typo. I guess this change won't break anything though, so let's merge it.

Puzzled me too. I don't know, but I'm a bit intrigued now :)
