unknown reason for a PraisalError #11

Summary

Praisal fails to praise some blueprints due unknown reason.

Steps to Reproduce actual behavior

Praise either of therse blueprints and see PraisalError instead of success.

Expected behavior

Succeed to praise blueprints or throw meaningful error.
