in compare, uploaded and browsed analysis are not aligned #12

Summary

In compare view, uploaded analysis is missing steam workshop section and description section, and thus is misaligned to steam workshop analysis that have those sections.

Steps to Reproduce actual behavior

  1. Go to Compare
  2. Click on any recent
  3. Click on any upload
  4. See that they are not aligned

Expected behavior

I expect them to be aligned, so that I can compare them easily. I guess uploads need placeholders for those two sections.
