Automated tests and building

When pushing to master branch, following tasks should be performed:

• Checks for configuration files being formatted correctly
• Checks for all code passing set unit tests
• Container can be built successfully
• Version number should be automatically generated based on set standard

Tasks:

• [ ] Create Docker-image file(s) (scratch image without userland and debug version based on alpine)
• [x] Create Github actions workflows for testing and building images
• [ ] Look into other checks useful for verifying formatting
