Hope it's ok, I added mention of Open-Meteo and Meteo France and added new screenshots taken today as well as changed the formatting a bit so that they hopefully display nicely.

@0-5-0 pretty awesome! the only issue is with the screenshots. They look great but they are too small. They must around the same size as the original. They are used on the play store too

I think they got compressed when I transferred them, oops :), these new ones should do?
