Missing many file #2

Any Idea on which folder to run as the project is missing many files Like

1.akylas.commonjs 2.akylas.slidemenu 3.akylas.location ETC

First sorry for answering so late! Yes those are modules i work on. As explain in the readme you need to remove those dependencies For now i won't commit that because it would break my dev env.

Might have to thing about a way to fix this
