This is especially desirable bc the resulting path name is only stored in memory. If Rstudio crashes or you close the session before you wrote down the path name, it's extremely hard to figure out the tempdir location bc it uses random letters as the path. If you have a specific location you know the file will be, it makes it easier to find it.
