Add function to parse logs

I'm working on a function to parse the info contained in the log files.

Added unit tests as well.

Need to update this function by parsing some additional info that's been added since:

[x] "# SNPs are non-biallelic. These will be removed." --> snps_dropped_nonBiallelic
[x] "# have FRQ values > 0.5." --> snps_frq05
[x] "% have FRQ values > 0.5." --> snps_frq05Percent
[x] "# SNP IDs are not correctly formatted." --> snps_notFormatted
[x] Total time taken to process. --> time

Also, just generally better account for log files with multiple rounds of running MS accidentally appended to them.
