Shea Andrews shared a python script, written by someone in his lab for calculating beta or the standard errors using different combinations of z, n, p, eaf, se or ci. This would be a nice addition to the package but shouldn't be the default as these are estimates (controlled through a input parameter to format_sumstats()). The python script is here process_sumstats.txt.
