Add Plugin Parrot FlowerPower #53

Hi @all,

i have the Flower Power sensors from Parrot. But i am not an coder. The Plugins is for me to Complicate to generate.

can anyone, create a Plugin für this Adapter ?!

i have found this Document: https://developer.parrot.com/docs/FlowerPower/FlowerPower-BLE.pdf

The Flower Power is found by the Adapter but not Seeing any Data in Readable Format:

The document is very helpful, thanks. It seems like the device only advertises that it has new data. The data itself must be retrieved through an active connection to the device, which is not yet supported by the adapter. I'm still planning to support active connections, but I cannot promise when I'll have the time to do so
