This is a technical user story, a spike that was created in retrospect

This spike explores the implementation of static page generation and routing using Eleventy for the Notation Census project.

Goals:

[x] Set up basic Eleventy project structure
[x] Created templates for individual notation pages
[x] Implemented dynamic routing for notation pages
[x] Generated a home page listing all notations
[x] Ensured proper linking between pages

Key Learnings:

Eleventy's pagination feature for generating multiple pages from a data source
Templating with Nunjucks for dynamic content generation
